Shipping & Returns

Not only do we want you to absolutely love the items purchased, we also want you to have a wonderful experience when visiting! Because of our desire for you to have exactly what you want we’ve made our return and exchange process easy to follow. Below you can find information on how to return an item or complete an exchange.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for a refund within 60 days of the purchase. Returns must include a receipt and the items must be in original condition, including tags and labels. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days. Shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.

The instructions below should be followed so that we may provide the best possible service

  1. Print the Return and Exchange form. Include it with the item(s) you’re returning.
  2. Return the item(s) to us using whichever carrier you choose. We suggest you insure the package and have it traceable. Shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.

Your return will be handled within 10 business days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to the credit card of the initial purchase. If you received the item as a gift, we will be happy to give you a store credit for the amount of the returned item.

Return merchandise by filling out the Return and Exchange form. We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and refund your credit card for the returned merchandise as soon as we receive it. All exchanges will be processed as standard shipping at the current cost posted on our website.
